Mark Jeffers, STAR team manager,

warrington CERTand Technical Search and Rescue team leader.

HEARTSTART instructor and scheme medical director

 full time occupation- accident and emergency staff nurse for last 10 years.

mark is the accident and emergency department nurse lead for major incidents, CBRNE nurse lead, CBRNE instructor and prps chemical suit trainer.

Mark is the present Chairman of the Inland Flood Rescue Association

mark is a qualified IFRA instructor, and teaches search, casualty care, swiftwater rescue, incident command and low angle rope access and rescue.

Swiftwater rescue technician advanced certification

Mark holds technician certification for all of the above disciplines as well as search controller.

Colin Jaimeson, STAR team deputy manager.

Winsford CERT Team Leader

Colin is an experienced search technician, team leader and search controller having previously worked with mark on a lowland search and rescue team prior to STAR's formation in 2007.

Colin is the HEARTSTART-STAR coordinator.
